Netwealth to Acquire AI-Enabled Workflow & Automation Platform for A$20M

Netwealth has agreed to pay up to A$20m for an AI-enabled workflow and automation platform. The acquisition is expected to enhance Netwealth's platform capabilities and improve its client experience. The deal is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be completed in the coming months. Netwealth's shares rose 1.4% to A$3.19.
