BEEP--

Mobile Infrastructure Corporation (NASDAQ: BEEP) has reiterated its full-year 2026 guidance following the release of its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results. The company outlined its expectations for revenue, net operating income (NOI), and adjusted EBITDA, reflecting its strategic focus on operational optimization and portfolio enhancement.

For 2026, the company expects revenue to range between $35 million and $38 million, representing a 4% growth at the midpoint compared to 2025 results. This guidance accounts for the impact of asset dispositions in 2025 and anticipates continued growth in contract parking volumes, particularly in residential and commercial segments. The company also highlighted the reopening of key venues in Cincinnati, Denver, and Nashville, which are expected to support improved transient volumes.

NOI is projected to range from $21.5 million to $23.0 million, reflecting year-on-year growth of 7% at the midpoint and 10% when adjusted for 2025 asset dispositions. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to range from $15.0 million to $16.5 million, representing a 10% growth at the midpoint and 13% when adjusted for 2025 dispositions. These figures underscore the company's confidence in its operational improvements and strategic initiatives, including the deployment of predictive analytics and technology-driven enhancements to utilization and pricing.

Mobile Infrastructure also emphasized its ongoing asset rotation strategy, aiming to sell or be in contract to sell another large portion of non-core assets in 2026. The proceeds from these sales will support the company's deleveraging efforts and capital allocation strategy, which includes a stock repurchase program and potential asset acquisitions.

The company's guidance excludes the impact of future asset sales or acquisitions, focusing instead on the operational and financial performance of its core portfolio. Management remains committed to executing its strategy of operational excellence, balance sheet optimization, and portfolio quality enhancement to create long-term value for shareholders.
