KPS to Sell Metra to Grupa Kęty S.A. for €645mln

KPS Capital Partners to sell Metra to Grupa Kęty S.A. for €645 million. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2027, subject to customary conditions and approvals. Metra, a leading global manufacturer of extruded aluminum profiles, was acquired by KPS in July 2021 and has undergone significant transformations under its ownership, expanding in high-growth geographies and end-markets, and making investments in new press and value-added services capabilities.
