Jaypee Infratech to Invest Rs 3,000 Crore in Next 2 Years

Jaypee Infratech plans to invest Rs 3,000 crore over the next two years to complete stalled housing projects and deliver all stuck homebuyers their apartments by September 2028. The company has already completed 84 towers comprising 7,913 units and handed over 5,000 units to customers. The investment will focus on finishing work of apartments, with funding coming from existing customer receivables and annual toll collection revenue of Rs 500 crore.
