InterContinental Hotels Group Purchases 49,094 Shares for $7.6mln

InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has announced the purchase of 49,094 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of $154.1485 per share. The purchase was made through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange. Following the transaction, the company has 147,511,307 ordinary shares in issue, excluding 5,431,782 held in treasury. The purchased shares will be canceled.
