FDA Grants Breakthrough Therapy Designation to Revolution Medicines' RASONQUE for Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer

Revolution Medicines received FDA Breakthrough Therapy Designation for RASONQUE (daraxonrasib) in combination with chemotherapy for first-line metastatic pancreatic cancer. This is the company's third Breakthrough Therapy Designation and fifth across its RAS(ON) inhibitor portfolio. RASONQUE showed encouraging preliminary antitumor activity and a manageable safety profile in an open-label Phase 1/2 trial.
