Cellectis - final Phase 1 Balli-1 data for Lasme-Cel to be presented June 13, 2026
Cellectis, a clinical-stage biotechnology company, is set to present final Phase 1 data for its CD22-directed allogeneic CAR-T therapy, Lasme-cel, at the EHA annual congress on June 13. The data will be presented orally by Nitin Jain, M.D., from MD Anderson Cancer Center, during a session on advances in the treatment of lymphoblastic leukemia. The presentation will cover safety and efficacy outcomes from the BALLI-01 trial, which evaluated Lasme-cel in patients with relapsed or refractory CD22+ B-ALL who had limited treatment options.
The data highlight the therapy’s safety profile and response rates, forming the foundation for the ongoing Phase 2 program, which is currently enrolling patients in Europe and North America. Cellectis has indicated that interim results from Phase 2 are expected to be disclosed in Q4 2026.
The presentation will take place in Session Room K1 from 5:15 to 6:30pm CET. The full abstract is available on the EHA website, and the presentation will be archived on Cellectis’ website starting June 11, 2026.
