Bitcoin Nears $80K Amid Central Bank Decisions, Fed Rate Hike Expected

Bitcoin traded near $78,100 ahead of central bank decisions from the Federal Reserve, Bank of England, and Bank of Japan. Markets priced an 87% chance of a quarter-point Federal Reserve increase, while the Bank of England's benchmark rate remains unchanged at 3.75%. XRP gained 4.5% and Filecoin jumped 23% during Monday's cryptocurrency market rebound. The Federal Reserve's official calendar shows policymakers meeting on Sept. 15 and 16, with their rate statement scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
