Bihar Floods Displace 48 Lakh, Gandhi Urges Swift Relief

Bihar floods have affected nearly 50 lakh people in 15 districts. Heavy rain has further swelled rivers, with the state recording 112.7 mm of rain in September, 6% above normal. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has urged the government and administration to conduct relief and rescue operations with full promptness, ensuring essential aid reaches affected families soon. He has also appealed to Congress workers to provide assistance to those affected.
