AIB Data Centers Doubles Power Capacity to 120 MW Through Texas Acquisition

AIB Data Centers has acquired two adjacent parcels totaling 29.4 acres in Texas, nearly doubling its contracted power capacity to 120 MW. The site comprises 15 MW of energized service and a 24.4-acre parcel with 40 MW of contracted service under development. AIB funded the approximately $11.2 million closing payment from cash on hand and secured the $6.0 million deferred balance with a standby letter of credit from JPMorgan Chase Bank. The acquisition is expected to shorten the timeline for deployment and provide a defined path to expand capacity on the same footprint.
