1470350 B.C. to Merge with Orior Metals in Proposed Business Combination

1470350 B.C. Ltd. to combine with Orior Metals Corp. in a three-cornered amalgamation. Orior owns the Revel Ridge Project, an option to acquire which it holds with Huakan International Mining Inc. and its shareholders. The Proposed Transaction will result in the exchange of Orior Shares and Warrants for Resulting Issuer Shares and Warrants, respectively. The resulting company, Renatus Resources Inc., will be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
