How to refund

Please note that advanced feature subscriptions, which include data product access, are processed through the App Store, Google Play, and Stripe. As the AInvest Fintech team, we are unable to directly cancel or refund user orders. Therefore, we kindly ask you to follow the link below to initiate the refund process on your own.

Subscribed via App Store

1. Sign into Reportaproblem.apple.com

2. Select the dropdown I'd Like to

3. Select Request a refund

4. Select the drop down Tell us more

5.Select in app purchase not received

6. Select a qualifying purchase (Please note if transaction is not yet processed, client may have to wait until next business day to request)

Subscribed via Google Play

1.Open the Google Play Store app.

2.Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner to open the menu.

3.Select Account or Subscriptions.

4.Under the Subscriptions section, you'll see a list of the items you've subscribed to.

5.Choose the subscription you want a refund for.

6.Click on the Refund option.

7.Follow the prompts to fill out the refund request and submit it.

8.Google Play customer support will review your request and notify you whether the refund is approved.
