Sydney Jockey Lloyd to Ride NZ Star Well Written in Aussie Debut

Sydney jockey Zac Lloyd will ride Well Written in her Australian debut in the A$1.5 million Epsom Handicap at Randwick on October 3. Autumn Boy is the $3.50 TAB favourite, while Well Written is at $4.20. The Kiwi mare lost early favouritism after receiving 55kgs, a touch more than expected. Autumn Boy was given 55.5kgs, less than expected, resulting in a 0.5kg disadvantage for Well Written. The handicap weights have brought the two four-year-olds closer in weight than expected.
