Strive's Bitcoin Holdings Reach 25,000 as Preferred Stock Funding Tops $1B

Strive has acquired 469 Bitcoin for $36.6 million, increasing its total holdings to 25,000 BTC. The company used SATA preferred stock sales to fund the purchase, with 100% of the capital raised coming from the perpetual preferred security. ASST shares rose over 4%, and the company's Bitcoin holdings are now valued at approximately $1.95 billion. The amplification ratio has increased to 53.5%.
