Perspective Therapeutics has announced a clinical collaboration and supply agreement with MerckMRK-- to evaluate [212Pb]PSV359 in combination with Keytruda (pembrolizumab) in FAP-alpha positive solid tumors. The study aims to evaluate the combination of targeted radiopharmaceutical treatment with an immune checkpoint inhibitor to improve treatment outcomes for patients with advanced FAP-alpha positive solid tumors.
