Oaktree Affiliate Sells 9mln TORM Shares in Secondary Offering

TORM plc has announced a secondary public offering of 9 million Class A common shares by a selling shareholder, OCM Njord Holdings S.à r.l., which owns approximately 20% of TORM's Class A common shares. The offering is subject to market conditions and may be completed at a later date. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is acting as the sole underwriter, and the shares will be offered to the public at a fixed price.
