Cohen & Steers launches real assets active ETF (CSRA)

Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) has launched a suite of active ETFs focused on real assets, including the Cohen & Steers Real Estate Active ETF (NYSE Arca: CSRE), which is part of the firm’s broader initiative to expand access to investment strategies. The CSRE ETF is designed to provide total return and portfolio diversification by investing in a broad universe of listed real estate securities, including U.S. REITs and select international real estate-related assets. The fund is managed by a team led by Jason Yablon, Head of Listed Real Estate, and Portfolio Managers Mathew Kirschner and Ji Zhang. The ETF aims to capitalize on the firm’s deep expertise in real assets and alternative income, offering investors a transparent and actively managed vehicle for exposure to real estate markets.
