Belgravia Hartford Capital adopts semi-annual reporting program.

Belgravia Hartford Capital Inc. is adopting semi-annual reporting, reducing administrative and financial burdens associated with quarterly reporting. The company will no longer file interim financial statements and related management discussion and analysis for the three and nine-month period ending September 30, 2026. Belgravia will continue to file audited annual financial statements and six-month interim financial reports. The adoption of semi-annual reporting is part of the Semi-Annual Reporting Pilot Program, which allows eligible venture issuers to voluntarily move from quarterly to semi-annual financial reporting.
