WhiteHawk Minerals (WHK) began trading on the public market at $26.15 per share on June 9, 2026, just above its IPO price of $26.00. The company, formerly known as WhiteHawk Income Corp., priced its upsized initial public offering at $26.00, the midpoint of its expected range, raising $200.2 million from the sale of 7.7 million shares. This marked an increase from the 6.9 million shares initially outlined in its prospectus.

WhiteHawk Minerals holds natural gas mineral and royalty interests in the Marcellus and Haynesville Shales, with a portfolio of approximately 3.4 million gross drilling spacing unit (DSU) acres as of December 31, 2025. The company has an economic interest in about 13 percent of all natural gas produced in the United States. Revenues are primarily derived from mineral and royalty payments, which are subject to fluctuations in natural gas, NGL, and oil prices.

The company plans to change its name to WhiteHawk Minerals Corp. in connection with the IPO. Investors should note that the company’s financial performance is sensitive to commodity price volatility, which could lead to significant impairment charges.
