Vietnam National Library to Transition to Data-Driven Knowledge Infrastructure

Vietnam's National Library is transitioning to a data-driven, knowledge-based infrastructure. According to Director Nguyen Xuan Dung, the new stage requires not only digitizing documents but also converting resources into data, connecting data to form a knowledge infrastructure, and creating new services and values from data. To achieve this, Dung emphasizes the need to address the bottlenecks in the conversion process in a synchronized manner.
