Universal Electronics Inc. (UEI) (Nasdaq: UEIC) has announced the appointment of Wade M. Jenke as Chief Financial Officer, effective December 30, 2025. Jenke, who brings over two decades of finance and strategic management experience, will report to Richard Carnifax, Interim CEO. Sui Man Ho, previously serving as Interim CFO, will continue in his role as Senior Vice President of Finance.

Jenke’s career includes leadership roles at publicly traded technology firms, most recently as CFO of Amtech Systems, Inc. from August 2024 to December 2025. Prior to that, he held executive finance positions at EMS Group and HES Inc., where he contributed to financial strategy and operational improvements. Jenke is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. and MBA from Arizona State University.

In his new role, Jenke will oversee UEI’s financial, accounting, treasury, and investor relations functions, with a focus on supporting the company’s growth and profitability initiatives.
