Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay signed four UK investment agreements worth Rs 12,300 crore, creating nearly 9,000 jobs. The largest agreement, Rs 11,000 crore, is with Samvardhana Motherson International Limited, while a Rs 1,000-crore agreement with Ernst & Young aims to develop a Global Capability Centre in Chennai. Sigma Technology Group is expanding its centres in Chennai and Tiruchirappalli, creating 600 high-value jobs, and Wilson Power Solutions is investing Rs 300 crore in Tiruvallur district, generating 400 jobs.
