Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI) has not named Massimo Andolina as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of May 20, 2026. Instead, recent corporate reorganization efforts have resulted in several leadership changes, including the reassignment of key executives to newly created roles. As part of the new corporate structure, which became effective January 1, 2026, Massimo Andolina, previously President of the Europe Region, no longer holds the designation of an executive officer under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. He continues to serve in his role as President of the Europe Region but will not report directly to the Group CEO under the revised organizational model.

Under the new structure, the CFO role is held by Emmanuel Babeau, who was designated as Group Chief Financial Officer. The reorganization aims to streamline operations and enhance the company’s agility as it transitions toward becoming a smoke-free business. The changes also include the creation of new leadership positions such as CEO PMI International, held by Frederic de Wilde, and CEO PMI U.S., held by Stacey Kennedy.

The reorganization reflects PMI’s strategic focus on restructuring its business units and reportable segments. The company now operates under three primary segments: International Smoke-Free, International Combustibles, and the U.S. These changes are intended to improve clarity in financial reporting and operational performance tracking.

While Andolina remains a key figure in PMI’s leadership, his role has shifted to focus on regional operations in Europe. The company has not announced any new appointments for the CFO position beyond Babeau’s current designation. Investors and stakeholders are advised to monitor future announcements for any changes to the executive leadership structure.
