Immunome reports inducement grants under Nasdaq listing rule 5635(c)(4)
Immunome, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMNM) has made several inducement grants to new employees under its 2024 Inducement Plan, in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4). On June 1, 2026, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors granted non-statutory stock options to purchase 353,000 shares of common stock to twenty new employees. The exercise price per share was set at $20.78, reflecting the company’s closing stock price on that date. These options vest over four years, with 25% vesting after one year and the remainder vesting monthly over the following 36 months, contingent on continued employment.
Earlier, on April 1, 2026, the company granted stock options to purchase 188,500 shares to thirteen new employees, with an exercise price of $22.45 per share. Similarly, on December 1, 2025, Immunome issued options to purchase 88,000 shares to four employees at an exercise price of $18.32 per share. All grants are subject to the terms of the 2024 Inducement Plan and individual stock option agreements.
These awards are intended as employment inducements and are consistent with the company’s strategy to attract and retain talent in its clinical-stage biotechnology operations.
