Harmonic (NASDAQ:HLIT) has launched cOS SensAI, a software layer that aggregates network data from routers, modems, and in-home devices for broadband providers. The tool aims to simplify troubleshooting and diagnosis, correlating signals across systems and providing traceable reasoning behind each diagnosis. Initial customer feedback is positive, with Hotwire Communications and GCI citing faster issue resolution and reduced repeat tickets and truck rolls. The launch comes after Harmonic reported 54% YoY growth in broadband revenue for Q1, with backlog and deferred revenue reaching $587.6 million, up 71% from a year earlier.
