Grid Metals Engages ICP Securities for Market Making Services

Grid Metals Corp has engaged ICP Securities Inc to provide automated market making services, including the use of its proprietary algorithm, ICP Premium. ICP will receive a monthly fee of C$7,500, plus applicable taxes, from Grid's available cash reserves. The agreement is for four months and may be automatically renewed for subsequent one-month terms. ICP will be responsible for the costs incurred in buying and selling Grid's shares, and no third party will provide funds or securities for the market making activities. The engagement is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
