H.B. Fuller still sees 2026 organic rev up low-single digits
H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL) has maintained its outlook for 2026, forecasting that organic revenue growth remains in the low single digits, consistent with its previous guidance. This projection reflects the company’s strategic focus on operational efficiency and margin expansion amid a challenging economic environment.
For the fiscal year 2025, H.B. Fuller reported a 2.7% decline year-on-year in net revenue. The company’s adjusted EBITDA margin of 17.9%. Looking ahead, H.B. Fuller expects EBITDA margin exceeding 20%.
Despite the anticipated low-single-digit organic revenue growth, the company remains focused on cost management and operational improvements. Capital expenditures for 2026 are expected to total approximately $160 million, with manufacturing footprint optimization. Additionally, the company anticipates operating cash flow between $275 million and $300 million for the year.
H.B. Fuller’s updated guidance underscores its commitment to navigating macroeconomic uncertainties while maintaining a disciplined approach to profitability and long-term value creation.
