DaVita Ladders Program Boosts Internal Promotions and Nursing Career Advancement

DaVita has launched a comprehensive career development program called DaVita Ladders to support teammates in their professional and economic growth. The program sets clear career pathways and provides financial and educational resources, as well as social support, to help teammates reach their goals. As of 2025, around 60% of facility administrators and managers have been promoted internally, and over 400 teammates are pursuing an Associate Degree in Nursing through DaVita's Bridge to Your Dreams program. The program aims to create a pipeline of trained nursing professionals and provide opportunities for economic mobility.
