Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) reported its second quarter 2026 financial results on August 19, 2026, ahead of market open, with a live conference call hosted by CEO Nathaniel Bradley and CFO Brett Moyer to discuss the results and business developments. The company has been actively advancing its strategic initiatives in tokenization and data monetization, with notable progress in the first half of 2026.

In the first quarter of 2026, Datavault AI reported $3.4 million in revenue, a 443% increase compared to $0.6 million in the same period in 2025. The growth was driven by the acquisition of CompuSystems Inc. and the expansion of its tokenization platform. The company also signed over $800 million in tokenization contracts, with nearly $100 million in fees expected to be recognized in 2026. These developments support Datavault AI’s full-year 2026 revenue target of at least $200 million, a 400% increase year-over-year.

The company has also made significant strides in infrastructure development. Datavault AI launched its first quantum-ready distributed GPU edge network sites in New York and Philadelphia and secured $120 million in non-dilutive funding to accelerate the nationwide rollout of its SanQtum AI infrastructure platform. Additionally, the company executed a $60 million registered direct offering to strengthen its balance sheet and support the deployment of its GPU edge network.

Datavault AI’s balance sheet showed a cash balance of $2.2 million as of March 31, 2026, with total assets of $250.1 million and total liabilities of $30.1 million. The company’s operating expenses, including research and development, sales and marketing, and general and administrative costs, totaled $31.1 million for the first quarter of 2026, reflecting its investment in growth and innovation.

Looking ahead, Datavault AI plans to leverage the anticipated CLARITY Act to support the second-half 2026 launch of its Information Data Exchange (IDE), SiX, NYIAX, and IEE platforms. The company also announced a binding letter of intent to acquire CyberCatch Holdings, Inc., which will integrate AI-enabled cyber risk mitigation and quantum-resistant security capabilities into its SanQtum platform.

These developments underscore Datavault AI’s position as a leader in AI-driven data monetization and tokenization, with a focus on building the foundational infrastructure for the emerging digital asset economy.
