BNK Investment & Securities Expands Tokenized Securities with EverTreasure Partnership

BNK Investment & Securities has partnered with EverTreasure to develop fractional investment and tokenized securities products tied to films, performances, musicals, and artworks. BNK will handle securities issuance arrangements, distribution, and regulatory advice, while EverTreasure will source assets and provide blockchain and platform infrastructure. The companies plan to cooperate on asset due diligence, product structures, platform listings, and marketing to institutional investors and high net worth clients. EverTreasure will use its YEATU fractional investment platform to source cultural intellectual property and other assets for potential investment products. The partnership comes as South Korea prepares to introduce its formal tokenized securities framework in February 2027.
