Bitdeer Technologies Group (NASDAQ: BTDR) has announced that approximately 50% of its 9.5MW A102 facility in Malaysia has been contracted under a 5-year long-term offtake agreement, with total expected revenue of approximately $400 million. The facility, which is part of the company’s broader AI cloud infrastructure expansion, is being developed to support rack-scale NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 deployments and is designed to deliver both GPU cloud services and data hosting from a single site.

The A102 facility is a liquid-cooled, multi-customer data center and represents 9.5MW of Bitdeer AI’s 350MW target for AI-ready capacity by the first quarter of 2028. The company has structured the contract so that customer prepayments are expected to cover more than 50% of the associated capital expenditure, aligning with its developing infrastructure in line with contracted demand.

Bitdeer AI’s active pipeline for AI cloud capacity now exceeds $2 billion, with the company currently in negotiations to secure additional contracts for the remaining capacity at A102 and other sites. The contract is not expected to impact 2026 revenue, with services and associated costs anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2027.

The A102 facility is part of Bitdeer AI’s broader strategy to develop high-density AI infrastructure in markets with strong power availability and proximity to growing enterprise AI demand. The company has also recently secured a 16-year lease for 121MW of AI computing capacity in Norway.

Bitdeer AI, a preferred NVIDIA Cloud Partner, operates a global data center network across the U.S., Norway, Bhutan, Canada, and Malaysia. The company provides GPU cloud, Model Studio, and AI Agent Builder services, supporting organizations in advancing AI initiatives across industries.
