Alaris Equity Partners Raises $100mln, Invests $95mln in Nexus

Alaris Equity Partners Income Trust announced a $100 million bought deal offering of trust units, a $95 million investment into Nexus Enterprises, and a 2.6% increase in quarterly distribution. The trust will use the net proceeds to partially repay outstanding indebtedness under its senior credit facility, which may be redrawn for future investments.
