AirJoule Technologies (NASDAQ: AIRJ) has announced a $15 million registered direct offer, led by joint venture collaborator GE Vernova and supported by new and existing investors. The funding is intended to accelerate the commercialization of the company’s AirJoule® system, which utilizes low-grade waste heat to extract pure water from the air. This technology is being deployed in data centers and industrial operations to enhance energy efficiency and reduce water consumption.

The investment follows recent momentum in the climate technology sector, where companies are increasingly securing capital to scale sustainable innovations. AirJoule’s focus on waste heat-to-water conversion aligns with resource optimization and decarbonization. The company has previously raised significant capital, including a $35 million cash position reported in Q1 2026, indicating continued financial strength.

The transaction was facilitated with advisory support from Titan Partners and Marathon Capital. Proceeds from the offering will be used to expand deployment of the AirJoule® system and advance its applications in energy-intensive industries.
