TXXS provides 2x daily leveraged exposure to the price performance of Sui (SUI) through a combination of derivative instruments—primarily swap agreements, futures, and options—rather than by holding SUI directly. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in instruments that provide exposure consistent with its investment objective. The Fund does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective for any period other than a single day, measured from one net asset value (NAV) calculation to the next.
