The REX NVDA Growth & Income ETF (the "Fund") utilizes a leveraged investment strategy that seeks to provide targeted daily leveraged investment results between 105% and 150% notional exposure to the common stock of Nvidia Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) ("NVDA") for a single day. A "single day" is measured from the time the Fund calculates its net asset value ("NAV") to the time of the Fund's next NAV calculation. Because the Fund seeks daily leveraged investment results, it is very different from most other exchange-traded funds. As a result, the Fund may be riskier than alternatives that do not use leverage. The return for investors that invest for periods longer or shorter than a trading day should not be expected to be between 105% and 150% of the performance of NVDA for the period.
