COMD is an actively managed ETF that seeks to provide exposure to commodity assets. The Fund gains indirect exposure to commodities through commodity futures contracts and exchange-traded products that invest in physical commodities ("Physical Commodity ETPs"). For portfolio construction, the portfolio managers typically utilize quantitative macro, trend, and momentum models (the "Models") developed by Wealthspot LLC, an affiliate of the Adviser, to assist in security screening and analysis, though the managers exercise ultimate investment discretion.
