Introduction

Almonty Industries Inc., was incorporated in Ontario on September 28, 2009. Almonty is a leading producer of tungsten concentrates for the defense industry and plans to vertically integrate into oxide production. In addition, Almonty owns molybdenum deposits. The company's flagship asset, the Sangdong Tungsten Mine (" Sangdong Mine ") in South Korea, is one of the world's largest tungsten deposits with inferred mineral resources. Its tungsten grade is superior to similar deposits in the world and is currently undergoing commissioning. Almonty also owns a molybdenum project (the "Sangdong Molybdenum Project ") at another mining area near the Sangdong Tungsten Mine, which has considerable inferred mineral resources. This molybdenum project provides the company with another key material that can be used in aerospace alloys, energy infrastructure and nuclear defense.
