ZTO Express Raises $1.5bn in Convertible Senior Notes Due 2031.

ZTO Express, a leading express delivery company in China, has priced $1.5 billion in convertible senior notes due 2031. The net proceeds will be used for refinancing to fund share repurchases and other purposes. The Notes have been offered in offshore transactions outside the United States to non-U.S. persons.
