Zenvia Renegotiates Movidesk Earnout to Extend Payment Terms and Offer Equity Conversion Option

Zenvia has successfully renegotiated the earnout of Movidesk, extending the payment terms to 72 months with a total outstanding amount of approximately BRL 253 million. The agreement includes a conversion option for Zenvia to convert approximately BRL 100 million into equity. The payment will be made in 60 fixed monthly installments from January 2028 to December 2032.
