YZi Labs Takes Control of BNB Treasury Company CEA Industries

YZi Labs, Binance's investment arm, has added seven new members to the board of directors of CEA Industries, a BNB treasury company, following the resignation of Hans Thomas, a CEA executive. YZi Labs has been pressuring CEA to make changes in its governance and gain control over the company. The move aims to address concerns over the asset management agreement between CEA and 10X Capital Asset Management, where Thomas is also CEO.
