Yimutian Inc. (Nasdaq: YMT) has received a determination from Nasdaq regarding its compliance with listing requirements, marking a significant development for the company. On May 13, 2026, the company was notified that it was not in compliance with the Minimum Market Value of Listed Securities (MVLS) requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(b)(2)(A), as market value fell below threshold. Additionally, the company was informed that it had failed to meet the Minimum Market Value of Publicly Held Shares (MVPHS) requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(b)(2)(C), which mandates $15 million publicly held.

In response, Yimutian Inc. submitted a formal hearing request to the Nasdaq Hearings Panel on May 20, 2026, which has temporarily stayed delisting proceedings. The company now has the opportunity to present its case and demonstrate its commitment to regaining compliance with Nasdaq's listing standards. If the company can achieve market value of listed securities of at least $50 million for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days during the 180-day compliance period, it may regain compliance with the MVLS requirement.

The company has outlined strategic initiatives aimed at improving its market value and remains committed to addressing the deficiencies. However, no assurance listing will be retained. Investors are advised to monitor the company's progress and any further developments in this matter.
