Xunlei to Sell 50% Stake in Shenzhen Onething for $17.6M

Xunlei announces the transfer of a 50% equity interest in Shenzhen Onething Technology to Wuhan Kingsoft Cloud and Shenzhen Xinghan Zhilian Technology for a cash consideration of RMB125M. The company will retain a 20% equity interest in Shenzhen Onething upon completion of the transaction. The transfer is conditional on the completion of the Xinghan Zhilian Equity Transfer Transaction.
