XTL Biopharmaceuticals to Acquire 85% Stake in NeuroNos for $19 Million

XTL Biopharmaceuticals has signed a letter of intent to acquire an 85% stake in NeuroNos Limited from Beyond Air for $1 million in cash, with the remainder paid in XTL Biopharmaceuticals shares and warrants. The deal is subject to regulatory approval, shareholder approval, and other conditions. The transaction will be financed through a $2 million equity investment.
