XTI Aerospace Elects Clinton J. Weber as Class II Director

XTI Aerospace has elected Clinton J. Weber as a Class II director, effective until the 2028 annual meeting of stockholders. Weber will serve until his successor is elected and qualified, or until his earlier death, resignation, retirement, disqualification, or removal. The election took place at the annual meeting of stockholders held on December 30, 2025.
