New York, September 02, 2025 — Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C., a nationally recognized law firm, has filed a class action lawsuit against XPLR Infrastructure, LP (XIFR) on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired common units between September 27, 2023 and January 27, 2025. The lawsuit alleges that the company made false and misleading statements during the class period, resulting in investor losses. Investors who suffered losses are encouraged to contact Brandon Walker to discuss their options.

The lawsuit, filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, alleges that XPLR Infrastructure made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that the company was struggling to maintain its operations as a yieldco, entered into certain financing arrangements while downplaying the attendant risks, and planned to halt cash distributions to investors to resolve these financings. These actions, according to the complaint, rendered XPLR Infrastructure’s yieldco business model and distribution growth rate unsustainable.

On January 28, 2025, XPLR Infrastructure announced that it would suspend entirely cash distributions to common unitholders and essentially abandon its yieldco model. This announcement resulted in a nearly 35% decline in the price of XPLR Infrastructure common units.

Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired XPLR Infrastructure shares and suffered a loss, are long-term stockholders, have information, or have any questions concerning these matters are encouraged to contact Brandon Walker or Marion Passmore directly at (212) 355-4648 or by email at investigations@bespc.com. There is no cost or obligation to participate.
