X4 Pharmaceuticals raises $135mln in public offering.

X4 Pharmaceuticals has priced a public offering of 45.86 million shares of common stock at $2.90 per share, raising approximately $135 million. The offering also includes pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 700,000 shares. The deal is expected to close on October 27, 2025, subject to customary conditions. The funds raised will be used for general corporate purposes.
