X3 Holdings Announces Share Consolidation on Nasdaq

X3 Holdings announced a 30-to-1 consolidation of its Class A ordinary shares, effective March 5, 2026. The move aims to increase the market price per share and maintain its Nasdaq listing. The consolidation will reduce the number of issued and outstanding Class A shares from 54,238,270 to approximately 1,807,943. Shareholders who would otherwise receive fractional shares will be entitled to an additional share.
