The deal enhances WTW's presence in the U.S. middle market and high-growth specialties, including technology, fintech, and life sciences. Newfront brings innovative technology and AI capabilities that complement WTW's recent investments and accelerate its technology strategy. The purchase price includes $1.05 billion at closing and up to $250 million of contingent consideration.
