Wright Flood Acquires Poulton Associates to Become Largest Flood Insurance Provider in the US

Wright Flood, a subsidiary of Brown & Brown Inc., is acquiring Poulton Associates to become the largest flood insurance provider in the US. The transaction, expected to close in November, will combine Wright Flood's federal, excess, and private flood insurance with Poulton's web platform and National Catastrophe Insurance Program.
