WRC Media, Inc. and Direct Holdings U.S. Corp. are portfolio companies of Ripplewood Holdings L.L.C. Following the acquisition of The Reader's Digest Association, Inc. (RDA), the combined company will result from the proposed combination of WRC, Direct Holdings, and RDA.
